She was basically "laughing"at me and making fun of me when I was really upset about my brothers wife being hospitalized with Bi Polar(manic/depressive) disorder.The ex friend Im talking abouts name is Xhiltia by the way.Xhiltia sen me a message asking to be my friend again about 4 day later but offered no apology and when I asked her what positive changes she would make if I were to become her friend again,she responded with "Oh please,Im just a silly person". I had to put her on Ignore after that.
