Hi everyone. My name is Suzanne, but, everyone calls me San. I am new to this group-really new to the whole tribe thing. Live in FL but lived in Los Angeles for 5 years. I am a nurse but not presently working. Would love to meet new friends.

When I was about 10 my parents were thinking about moving us to Australia, too. Mom had a teaching certificate, and there was a lot of publicity about a lack of teachers there. They finally decided to stay in the States because Dad's family was small and he didn't want to move so far away from his mother--our family included four out of her five grandkids.
Now the farthest south they go is South Carolina, when they do their snowbird thing.
And I haven't yet been outside US borders.
Maybe I should go teach in Australia... -

Sat, November 18, 2006 - 9:03 PMI have an uncle that got a new pacemaker about 4 years ago. It was 2 weeks after he had a Heart attack while mowing the lawn.He was clinically Dead for 6 agonizing minutes!! I know because I was there when lt happened. I had one of the WORST pannic attacks of my LIFE that day!!!! I hope youre Father is doing Ok now.So how are you Suzanne?
